Bundle - All Terms And Conditions - Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes And Cake Stand/Display Item Hire
Make sure you have all bases covered with my editable full bundle of T&Cs. For wedding cakes, celebration cakes and cake stand/display item hire.
You will receive a comprehensive (15 A4 pages - all T&Cs are on one document) editable Word document that you can amend to suit your own business. Anything highlighted in yellow needs to be changed to match your business and anything else can be edited or deleted to suit. Please make sure my business name is completely removed from the document before you send it to your clients - that doesn’t look professional for me or you.
The wedding cake T&Cs (7 pages) cover; consultations, booking fees, payment schedules, alterations to orders, collection/delivery of cakes, allergens/dietary requirements, publication and promotional rights, cancellations, refunds and changes of date, complaints and COVID 19 restrictions.
The celebration cake T&Cs (6 pages) cover; booking process, booking fees, payment schedules, cake details, alterations to orders, collection/delivery of cakes, allergens/dietary requirements, publication and promotional rights, cancellations, refunds and changes of date, complaints and COVID 19 restrictions.
The display item hire T&Cs (2 pages) cover; hire conditions, deposits, hire charges, late return, loss or damage, publication and promotional rights, cancellations and refunds.
Not having T&Cs makes your business vunerable - it’s like a football match without any rules!
It will not only make you look more professional to have them in place, but it will give your customers confidence and peace of mind too.
You can add your own logo and business name to the file. I would them recommend saving it as a PDF which you can upload to your website and send out with every booking form. You do not have to have T&Cs signed to be legally binding but you do have to explicitly tell your customers to read them and make sure they are happy to agree to them.
If you are ever faced with a problem - go back to your T&Cs first.
It is always worth checking everything is up to date on your T&Cs every 6 months and make sure you send your clients the most up to date version as they can only be bound by the T&Cs they agreed to when booking. That’s why emailing them is the best idea as you have a paper trail and proof you sent them and they agreed to them.
The download link will expire 24 hours after it is first opened so please make sure you save it to your own computer to come back to later.
This file is for your personal and sole use. Please do not share these T&Cs with anyone else or try to sell them as your own. Thank you.
