At Little Button Bakery, I pride myself on exceptionally high standards.  I use the highest quality ingredients I can find and source a lot of my fresh dairy produce from within the North West from Hopewell Farm Foods. All of my eggs are organic from Old Bell Farm in North Lancashire where the chickens are free to roam and have a wonderfully happy life. Sometimes my eggs may even come from my own Silkie chickens!

Wedding cakes are filled with delicious Swiss meringue buttercream, soft Belgian chocolate ganache, homemade salted caramel or amazing jams & curds from 'The Cherry Tree'.

Wedding cakes are then coated in luxurious Belgian chocolate ganache before they are iced.  I only use Massa Ticino by Carma fondant which is used by many of the top cake decorators in the world.  It gives a beautiful crisp, clean, flawless finish to give that extra wow factor to your cake.  I also create super sharp edges on all of my wedding cakes. Wedding cake tiers all stand at at least 5” tall with 4 layers of sponge cake and 3 layers of filling.
