Private tuition details
Do you have a specific cake decorating skill that you would like to learn? Are you new to cake decorating or are you a professional looking to improve your skills? If you’d like to come and learn with me, I can tailor my teaching to suit your exact needs. Whether that is getting the perfect bake, learning how to ganache a cake, or getting those elusive ‘sharp edges’. I have a wealth of experience in making cakes and have won many awards for my work.
If you come to train with me, you will leave with comprehensive notes about what we have learnt and you will take home anything you have made on the day. I’m happy to answer your questions and queries and I can help with sourcing tools and equipment too e..g if you are an overseas student.

My prices for private tuition tailored to your exact requirements in my Marple based cake studio are as follows:
1:1 tuition: Half Day £300 (4 hours)/Full Day £500 (10am - 5pm)
1:2 tuition: Half Day £250 per person/Full Day £375 per person
For 1:2 tuition, you could come with a friend or family member, or I can advertise the place - however, I cannot guarantee to fill the space, so please bear this in mind when booking as if I can’t find someone to accompany you on the training, the 1:1 rate would be payable.
All tuition sessions include refreshments. Full day sessions also include a light lunch.

Gift Vouchers
You can purchase gift vouchers for cake classes, private tuition or business training.
They are available in any denomination from £20.00
Gift vouchers will be beautifully packaged and sent out to the recipient by Royal Mail first class tracked delivery.
They can be sent in a ‘secret’ extra envelope if required. Just select that option at checkout. All gift vouchers will have a two year expiry date.
